500 gram boneless chicken cut into small pieces

Two small potatoes (boiled)

125 grams cheddar cheese

Herbs, black pepper and salt to taste

Chopped ginger, garlic

2 green chillis

1-2 eggs lightly beaten


Bamboo sticks or clean drumsticks bones


Boil the chicken with some salt, pepper, ginger, garlic and green chillis, till its moderately done. Don’t over boil. Then mash the chicken potatoes and cheese together. Add the herbs, more pepper and salt to taste. Once the mixture is ready, divide into balls of equal size, and then one by one mount on the sticks/bones into shape of a drumsticks. Then dip each into the lightly beaten egg, roll in the breadcrumbs. Repeat for all. Then deep fry until golden brown.
