2 cups cornflakes

100 grams butter

1 ½ cup icing sugar

2 cups dark brown sugar

100g chocolate


Lightly grease a square nonstick pan. Place sugar and half of the butter in a pan. Stir, when sugar is melted, leave on heat for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Then adding the icing sugar little by little beat this with an electric mixer, until the mixture becomes smooth and lighter in color. Spread this mixture in the pan. Then the melt the chocolate and remaining butter. Add the cornflakes and gently fold until evenly coated. Spoon this onto the base. Refrigerate until firm. Then cut into pieces.
