Ingredients:
1 kg boneless chicken cut into small pieces
4 handfuls chopped coriander
250g yoghurt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
One small onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic chopped
Green chilies chopped (according to taste)
1 teaspoon yellow food color
150 ml oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix yoghurt and color in a pan. In another bowl put together all other ingredients. Then add all that in the first pan, and mix well. Add one glass of water (250ml). Cook on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Then lower the flame, and keeping adding a little amount of water till the chicken is cooked.
