1 kg apples

200 ml cream

200 ml milk

250 gram gurh

100 gram sugar

50 ml oil

Peel and core the apples. Then cut them into small thin pieces. Make gurh syrup with 200 ml water. Place the apples in a heavy based pan with the syrup on low flame. Cook till apples are tender. If syrup remains then turn up heat to dry it. Remove from flame. Let it cool. Then beat the cream. Mix into the apples.  Add the milk and sugar. Cook on medium flame till sugar has dissolved. Then add the oil and cook for about 10 minutes.

Cool in refrigerator. Garnish with nuts and serve with cream.
