1 liter milk

¾ cup condensed milk

10 teaspoons sugar

9 small whites bread slices

6 drops Khewra

Chopped almonds and pistachios (optional)


Take off the edges from the slices, and then break them into breadcrumbs. Place milk on flame, let it come to boil. Then set aside. Add the breadcrumbs, condensed milk and sugar. Place back on flame. Constantly stir for 10-15 minutes. Mixture will become thick. Pour in a dish. Allow to cool and then place in the fridge for 2 hours. Then take it out, add nuts, khewra and mix well. Then pour this is individual plastic kulfi cases or an empty plastic ice cream box. Place in the freezer for 2 hours. Before serving leave it out for 5-10 minutes.
