Ingredients:
200g dates pitted and chopped
200 grams atta
200 ml oil or ghee
200 grams gurh
100 ml water
150 ml milk
A few illachees
Method:
Place atta in pan with illachees and cook, stirring constantly. Do this until golden brown. Then add the ghee/oil. Cook for another 10 minutes. Take another pan, place gurh and 100 ml water in it. Make a syrup. Then add the dates, gurh syrup and milk. Cook for another 10 min, it is ready.
